Inside Dayma

DAYMA NOTES

fabric & care

your daymas are made for slow mornings, long nights, and lots of wear. a little gentle care keeps them soft, fresh, and fitting just right for longer.

♡ wash cold or at 30°C on a gentle cycle
♡ turn inside out before washing
♡ use a mild detergent — no bleach
♡ keep the spin low, especially for viscose
♡ air dry and avoid high heat
♡ steam or iron gently on low heat

DAYMA NOTES

the art of unwinding

your evening doesn’t have to be productive to be meaningful. sometimes, taking care of yourself looks like changing into something soft, putting your phone away, dimming the lights, and giving your mind a little room to breathe.

there is something powerful about creating small rituals that tell your body the day is over. a warm shower, fresh sheets, your favorite scent, a quiet playlist — nothing complicated, just a softer way to come back to yourself.
kisses, dayma

DAYMA NOTES

do not disturb

your last 30 minutes of the day don’t need another scroll.

put your phone on dnd, take your shower, do your skincare, read a few pages — and let the day end quietly.

Tiny rule: no screens in bed. Your sleep deserves better than your fyp.

DAYMA NOTES

movement is self-care too

your body needs a little movement, even on the slowest days. a few gentle stretches can help ease stiffness, improve mobility, and make long hours of sitting feel a little less heavy.

you don’t need a full workout — five quiet minutes for your neck, shoulders, back, and legs can make a difference.
