We want you to love what you wear — always! 💛

* If something isn’t right, you’ve got 48 hours from receiving your order to request a return or exchange — the sooner, the better!
* Whether it’s the size or just not what you expected, we’re here to help and make it right.
* Trying on at delivery isn’t available, but we make sure our photos and descriptions reflect the real product as accurately as possible.
* Please make sure the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

⚠️ Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return .Exchanges are available within 24 Hours of delivery, provided the item is unused and in it original condition.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds are made via bank transfer, InstaPay, or any preferred digital payment method.
Return shipping fees (100–150 EGP) will be deducted from the refund amount.
